Airport Shuttle/optional transfers/Holiday Accommodation & Car Bookings

Bookings & Deposits:

To secure your booking “Tropical Hello” requires a deposit of 20% of the total accommodation cost/transfer/meet& greet service within 7 days, except for bookings commencing within two weeks. That money is due by credit card immediately. All outstanding balances must be payable 7 days prior to arrival.

Cheques must be cleared prior to arrival otherwise payment must be made by credit card or cash. Bonds or credit card imprints may be required by accommodation operators providing a telephone, mini bar and/or other room facilities.

Hotel & Resorts

Tariffs:

These rates are subject to change without notice. Unique differences in some properties or apartments in some resorts may have higher tariffs than those shown on the Tariff sheet. The season, length of stay and number in party may also affect the price. Daily rates are available upon application.

Peak Seasons:

Rates vary between tourist and holiday seasons. High Season rates apply to Easter Holidays and Christmas School Holidays. Some properties may have all year round rates, others have season rates.

  • Low Season 1st November to 31st May (Christmas & New Year High, Easter)
  • High Season 1st June to 31st October

Check-in Times:

Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Arrangements for key collection must be made prior to arrival.

Keys:

Keys can be collected during business hours by Tropical Hello with prior approval from letting agent/on site managers.

Arrival outside business hours should be arranged in advance. We have facilities for 24-hour key collection by prior arrangement.

Cancellations:

Bookings that are cancelled 30 days and over prior to occupancy will attract a 12% booking and administration fee of the deposit.

  • Where the accommodation or service is not re-booked for the same period: could attract administration fee or loss of deposit
  • If the accommodation is re-booked for the same period the cancellation will attract a booking and administration fee of 12% of the total amount of the original booking plus credit card charges if any are applicable.
  • If the re-booking is not identical in value the refund will be additionally reduced by the difference between the total tariff that would have been originally received and the amount received for the re-booking.

Some service providers' cancellation fees vary from the above and you should check at the time of booking.

Property Damage:

Any damage to the property or chattels caused by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking. A security deposit or credit card imprint will be required for all holiday accommodation on arrival. Should you find the property damaged prior to your stay, please advice on-site managers/resort or hotel managers immediately. Failure to do so will deem you to be totally responsible for the condition of the property on departure.

Travel Insurance:

Tropical Hello Meet & Greet Service, strongly recommends travel insurance as it may protect you if you cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.
